Visit the SCREAM house

Book your tickets now for a guided tour of the iconic filming location.

I get chills just daydreaming of how would it be to visit 261 Turner Lane. To take some pictures and make some videos where Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Matthew Lillard, Jamie Kennedy, and Skeet Ulrich filmed their scenes. To enter the house where Wes Craven created the iconic bloodbath in the third act of SCREAM. Don’t you too?

The dream can be made true. The place is called Spring Hill Estate, sits iconically in Tomales, California, and is now offering fans an incredible experience: a guided tour that ends much better than the film – with a wine tasting to relax.

Spring Hill Estate will open its doors for an exclusive event for fans.

The fan can expect a guided tour by someone who knows the house inside and out and is a mega-fan of the franchise. In addition, the fan can expect to see the absolutely beautiful location of Tomales CA and try some of the most delicious cheese and wine from the local creamery and vineyard. It will be a day they never forget,” promises Dane Petrali, one of the envisioners of the idea.

And, if you’re up to make the entire filming locations tour on the day, here’s the guide.
