Courteney Cox talks Scream 4: “Night shoots are rough, but we had a great time.”
During a recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to promote the new season of Cougar Town, Courteney Cox Arquette gave fans a glimpse into the grueling yet nostalgic process of filming Scream 4.
When Ellen asked about the project, Courteney confirmed:
Ellen: “Y’all just finished doing Scream 4?”
Courteney: “We just did Scream 4.”
Ellen then commented on the anticipation for the sequel:
Ellen: “Everybody’s waiting for that!”
Courteney admitted that returning to the demanding schedule of a Scream production after a decade wasn’t easy:
Courteney: “It was different to be doing those hours, ten years later. Night time shooting is pretty rough. I almost forgot how rough that is. We had a great time.”
While the night shoots may have been exhausting, it’s clear that the cast had a blast revisiting Woodsboro.
