As we get closer to the premiere of SCREAM VI, the movie’s marketing campaign intensifies, to the delight of fans all over the globe. Since the last article, so much has happened that is getting hard to keep up!

SCREAM VI EXPERIENCE IN LOS ANGELES

A free 15–20-minute immersive walk through the city that never sleeps where you can get up close and personal with the new and legendary props from the iconic horror franchise.

Maybe you’ll even get a call from Ghostface…

Reservations are recommended but not required. We’ll have a standby line to accommodate walk-ups!

DEMI LOVATO’S STILL ALIVE

It wasn’t this time that we got to see Selena Gomez involved in a SCREAM film, but her pop diva colleague, Demi Lovato, announced the track “Still Alive”, which will be featured on the soundtrack.

GUESS THE KILLER WITH BETMGM

BetMGM has reteamed with the SCREAM franchise to create and release odds for who is behind the Ghostface mask in SCREAM VI. To follow along with who the public thinks is behind the Ghostface mask, follow BetMGM’s Twitter or Instagram. All will be revealed on March 10, 2023.

CINEMARK’S SCREAM VI POPCORN TUB

Cinemark is selling a very cool promotional kit to celebrate the release of SCREAM VI in the US. It includes a Ghost Face popcorn tub, two Ghost Face cups, and a plushie.

CHAIN’S STABBY MEAL

Paramount and Chain will serve fans the “Stabby Meal”. Each box comes with four collectible pins based on Scream VI. There’s a classic bloody buck knife, a subway car, and the last two pins depict the stars of the film Jenna Ortega and Melissa Barrera.

HANDMADE BY ROBOTS GIVEAWAY

SCREAM VI TO HAVE A HUGE OPENING

Deadline predicts SCREAM VI to have an opening record of $37M stateside.

The sweet spot for SCREAM VI is the 18-34 crowd just like last year’s which pulled in 67% of that demo. The sequel is also heavily diverse, Scream attracting 33% Latino and Hispanic, 11% Black and 5% Asian. Also popping on tracking is the aging Gen X crowd, the 45-54 set who are the legacy fans of the Scream franchise. The last installment leaned slightly toward guys at 53%.

STAR APPEARANCES

Courteney Cox will get a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on February 27 and on March 11th, Jenna Ortega hosts SNL.
