SCREAM VI is really something different

Scream 6

SCREAM VI is just a month away from our collective viewing, and just when we thought the new movie by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett had run out of surprise announcements… We get a gazillion of new content and special fan treats.

The sixth chapter of the SCREAM saga is the first one converted for 3D exhibitions, along with the standard version, and the tickets are available for pre-sale in the US. Some cities, across the United States, will hold 3D Fan Event Screenings on Thursday, March 9th at 5:00 PM local time.

The event celebrates the theatrical release of the film’s opening exclusively in theatres with one special show in 3D prior to the film’s wide release at participating theatres across the country including Dolby Cinema, 4DX, and other premium large format theatres. Ticketholders at this SCREAM VI screening will also see special content curated for this event, plus will receive a limited-edition collector’s print designed by UK artist Doaly, to be given away at their local theatre on the date of the event—while supplies last.

New commemorative posters were also dropped by Real 3D, Dolby, and Fandango. Click to expand.

With a new runtime of 123 minutes, the longest of the entire franchise, this chapter is set to break a lot of new records while exploring new ground. Are you excited?

And, most importantly, have you got your tickets yet?
