Kevin Williamson's new show may have much more than subtle references to the Scream quadrilogy than we've imagined. Specifically to Scream 2.
I mean not directly but in some six degrees of Kevin Bacon way, like sister Murphy (Portia de Rossi) used to say… BTW, Bacon was cast as the FBI agent who is hunting (or being hunted by) a serial killer. Some sources say that James Purefoy is going to play this criminal mastermind, that creates a cult of murders.
Yesterday, Williamson revealed on twitter that he is looking for filming locations to this future hit:
Scouted a certain campus today. @wescraven It was like old times Guess where? Hint: Where Randy bit it.
Was he talking about Windsor College? Windsor College, where Scream 2 took place, is actually Agnes Scott College, an university center for "women only" located at 141 East College Avenue, Decatur in Georgia.
Nice to see that Williamson still reminiscences about it… In other news, another addition to the cast was actress Valorie Curry (Breaking Dawn – Part 2).
