New behind the scenes images reveal an ominous presence on set!

A few minutes ago, Kevin Williamson destroyed the internet with the announcement of an official title: SCREAM 5 it’s going to be simply SCREAM, just like we’ve released for you a few weeks ago. And, with that announcement, a couple of photos on the set, that revealed the wardrobe of Neve Campbell and Courtney Cox along with a reconstruction of a very familiar (and haunted) house in Woodsboro…

As you can perceive, they were pristine on the details.

Williamson wrote:

“That’s a wrap on Scream, which I’m excited to announce is the official title of the next film! Nearly 25 years ago, when I wrote Scream and Wes Craven brought it to life, I could not have imagined the lasting impact it would have on you, the fans. I’m excited for you to return to Woodsboro and get really scared again. I believe Wes would’ve been so proud of the film that Matt and Tyler are making. I’m thrilled to be reunited with Neve, Courteney, David and Marley, and to be working alongside a new filmmaking team and incredible cast of newcomers that have come together to continue Wes’s legacy with the upcoming relaunch of the franchise that I hold so dear to my heart. See you in theatres January 2022.”

Back in 2010, during the filming of Scream 4 in Michigan, this iconic image of Neve Campbell took over the internet. Captured between takes of one of the series’ most intense and bloody scenes, it’s a moment etched in horror history.

The elusive photographer, BananaDoc—whose identity remains a mystery to this day—shared these glimpses from the night shoots, feeding fans without ever spoiling the story. Pure class.
