Yesterday, DVDActive.com unveiled the Scream 4 DVD/Blu-Ray art on their site. The movie is going to street on October 4th and we still have no word about the extras.

Also, Bloody-Disgusting noticed the copyright issues between the first trilogy and the fourth one – we wont be getting a cool boxed set with all the four movies so soon…

“Miramax has a deal with Lionsgate Home Entertainment to distribute the first three Scream films. Meanwhile, The Weinstein Company struck up a partnership with Anchor Bay to distribution their titles. Scream 4 and any sequel that follows will be put out on DVD/Blu by Anchor Bay.”

Update – (20:57) – Shock Till You Drop has the latest news on the DVD extras that will be included on the SCREAM 4 DVD/BD:

“Distributor Anchor Bay has informed us the disc will include a “The Making of Scream 4” featurette; an Alternate Opening; an Extended Ending; Deleted and Extended Scenes; and a Gag Reel.”
