SCREAM II (or SCREAM !!) is possibly the name of the sequel to the requel.

Are we getting a new tradition? Is history repeating itself on the set of SCREAM 6? Well, it isn’t the first time a director’s chair leaks the official title of a SCREAM movie in production.
In 2020, while they were shooting SCREAM (2021), production designer Chad Keith published a photo on his Instagram account, revealing that the movie being shot under the working title of “Parkside” was, in fact, just and plain SCREAM.
It followed a Hollywood trend of baptizing the requel with the name of the original. It took a while for the official announcement to be made, but it didn’t go differently from what Keith inadvertently showed.
This afternoon, while recording an internal scene, an innocuous BTS video (now deleted) showed what seemed to be Tyler Gillett sitting on his director chair that had a movie logo.
Considering the velocity in which it was erased, and by the past, SCREAM II or SCREAM !! can be the official title of SCREAM 6, aka “Blackmore” (working title).
Personally, I really dig going with SCREAM !! – It would be a modern take to add the exclamation points, giving you a sense of surprise, perplexity, or even fright – what embodies perfectly a SCREAM film.
